When you use the form, we receive your name, email address and message. Company and topic are optional. The source domain, locale, IP address and technical data needed for anti-spam verification may also be processed by the relevant service providers.

Information is used to receive, understand and answer your enquiry, maintain the conversation and prevent abusive submissions. This processing is based on the legitimate interests of responding to enquiries and securing the website. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing.
Required and optional fields
Name, email and message are required to send an enquiry. Company and topic are optional. The form cannot be submitted without the required information.
Recipients and service providers
Enquiries are accessible to the data controller. 3wMCP receives enquiries from the website form and MCP assistants. Cloudflare Turnstile protects the form against abuse. OpenAI ChatGPT Sites publishes and hosts the website.

International transfers

Enquiries are retained for no more than 12 months and periodically deleted, unless the law requires otherwise or an active conversation must temporarily be preserved. Providers may retain their own technical logs for the periods described in their policies.

Google Analytics is optional and loads only after consent on approved production domains. It measures pages, contact and booking clicks, form steps and demo use. Names, emails, messages, form contents, URL parameters and fragments are excluded from our events. Analytics cookies expire after at most 180 days. Advertising and advertising signals are disabled; Do Not Track and GPC prevent measurement. Your choice is stored locally for this site. The preferences button at the bottom of every page withdraws the choice and clears analytics cookies accessible to this domain. Google may process data outside the EEA under its terms. Turnstile remains in use for abuse prevention.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction or deletion of your information, restrict processing, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data-protection authority, the CNIL. Requests are normally answered within one month.
